Nagi Bioscience is a pioneering high-tech start-up developing NextGen laboratory equipment to unlock the full potential of alternatives to animal testing. Our Organism-on-Chip technologies enable your customers to accelerate the transition to the new era of biological testing: faster, more efficient, scalable, sustainable, and ethical.
Our new product SydLab™ One constitutes the first fully automated platform for safety and efficacy screening on micro-organism (Caenorhabditis elegans) within our patented Organism-on-Chip microfluidic technology. SydLab™ One offers to: cut R&D costs, speed up decision-making processes during early discovery stages (e.g. predictive toxicity testing of chemicals, pre-clinical research, and lead optimization), enhance the overall predictivity of substance screening. Our SydLab™ software solution relies on artificial intelligence to automate data analysis and interpretation.
As Territory Manager for Central Europe, you will be leading this revolution through the sale of the SydLab™ One platform and reagents in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic, and Hungary. Using your strong biology knowledge, you will be able to demonstrate technical credibility and effectively consult with customers, helping influence key decisions on technology and product choices. Leveraging your proven business acumen to build successful account and territory plans, you will translate territory strategy into business results.
What You Will Be Doing
- Owning our commercial execution in Central Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic and Hungary)
- Evangelize our cutting-edge solution and technology
- Demonstrate technical credibility to consult with customers on our technology!
- Execute exceptional funnel management skills with strong hunting/prospecting and closing skills
- Commitment to rigorous territory planning, market knowledge, both accurate and timely forecasting
- Align and tune our business plan to meet or exceed business goals for your territory
- Understand the scientific projects and business needs of the customer to win the business
- Consistently and accurately manage the sales process (including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales tracking through the use of the Odoo CRM system)
- Develop and maintain current knowledge of the markets, products, and buying practices required to effectively compete in your territory
- Employ outstanding communication skills in order to keep both internal and external stakeholders informed
- Utilize product and application knowledge to successfully conduct selling presentations and close instrument and reagent sales
- Liaise fully with the marketing team to design and execute short and long term marketing campaigns
- Represent Nagi at trade shows, conferences and events as appropriate.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or related field; or the equivalent knowledge and experience
- Demonstrable previous multi-year sales experience in Life Science
- Ability to travel as needed to be successful in this field-based role
- Proven success in selling capital equipment
- Strong desire to win business and establish long term customer relationships
- Work cooperatively with colleagues to foster a positive company culture
- Fluent in French & English
